About Manny
“You cannot build an inclusive system without first building the people inside it.”
Emmanuel Awoyelu — known as Manny Awo — is an international education leader, keynote speaker, leadership coach and consultant with over a decade of experience inside schools and school systems around the world.
His career began in the classroom and grew into senior leadership roles across international schools, where he learned that lasting change is never just a policy decision — it is built person by person, habit by habit, leader by leader. Today, Manny works with schools, education systems and organisations across the globe, helping leaders design cultures of genuine inclusion and strengthen instructional practice.
He is a sought-after conference speaker, a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, and a published writer whose work explores what it really takes to build inclusive, high-performing institutions. His approach is evidence-informed, practically grounded, and always centred on people — because you cannot build an inclusive system without first building the people who run it.
Schools, Conferences & Organisations

Speaking & Consultancy
Emmanuel takes audiences and teams beyond the language of good intentions into the discipline of inclusive systems — combining research, lived global experience and unflinching candour across three areas of work.
A signature keynote built on two decades of work inside schools, systems and organisations.
Immersive, practice-based sessions designed for staff teams and leadership groups.
Confidential, evidence-informed advisory for schools and organisations that intend to build for the long term.
Advisory work is never one-size-fits-all. It is the patient, precise work of building people who can carry a system forward.
